Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: At this time we only ship to the 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Please note that stated shipping costs are for the 48 contiguous states only. All others must email us for shipping costs.

Q: Which payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, money order. Personal checks are accepted, however orders will not be processed until check clears. All returned checks will be charged a $30 service fee.

Q: How are returns handled?
A: Your satisfaction is important to us. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. This is important, especially with the custom finished furniture pieces as they are shipped directly from the manufacturer and this is also their policy. You will be assigned a return authorization number. No product can be returned without this number. Monogrammed or personalized items are not returnable.

Q: When can I expect delivery of custom made drapes?
A: Currently, our lead time is 2-3 weeks. This may change depending on the volume of orders we receive. We will keep this question updated.

Q: Which shipping methods are used and how will I know when to expect my shipment?
A: Most products are shipped via UPS and USPS. Furniture will be shipped from the manufacturer via their choice of common carriers or UPS. A tracking number is assigned by the carrier and UPS. If you are purchasing furniture with (**) following the description, please read the shipping policy on that page for those items.
